The curriculum of the Basilica School of St. Paul is one who offers traditional subjects, such as, Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Because we are a Catholic school our students also have Religion classes. In addition to these curriculum basics, we offer curricula in Art, Music, Physical Education, Computer, Spanish, Band, and Life Skills.
Current and updated instructional methods are referenced in an attempt to meet the needs of our diverse student body. The faculty distinguishes itself for the continual professional development that they engage in to be better prepared to educate our students.
A special feature of our middle school is the Exploratory Program. This program offers an opportunity for students to select from a variety of elective courses that supplement the school curriculum. In addition special learning opportunities are offered to prepare students for oratorical contests, geography and spelling bees, dramatic and musical performances.
The Basilica School of St. Paul follows the guidelines established by the Diocese of Orlando in conjunction with the Next Generation Florida Sunshine State Standards.
